Father & Daughter.
It all began with one man and a taxi. Long before Madagascar Last Paradise existed, our founder spent his days driving the streets of Antananarivo, one fare at a time — patient, hardworking, always saving. Eventually, that patience paid off: he bought his first car, and with it, a new idea. Instead of simply driving people around the capital, why not show them the whole island?
That first car became the start of a car rental business. Soon after, it became something more — tailor-made circuits, crafted trip by trip, region by region, as our founder drove clients across Madagascar himself, sharing the roads, the people, and the landscapes he knew so well. There was no marketing budget, no big campaign — just satisfied travellers telling their friends, and those friends telling others. Word of mouth did what no advertisement could.
Today, that single car has grown into two companies: a travel agency crafting custom journeys across the island, and a dedicated 4x4 rental fleet built for Madagascar's roads. And since 2020, our founder hasn't been doing it alone — his daughter joined the business, bringing a modern touch to a company built on old-fashioned trust. Together, father and daughter now run every part of the operation, blending decades of on-the-road experience with a fresh eye for what today's travellers need.
